at the above link. This new calendar shows events as well as
a details window.
- USING THE CALENDAR:
Events can be added,
so if you are in charge of an event,
feel
free to add it to the calendar.
- If the event needs approval from
the Vicar or Bishop's Committee, please use the 'tentative' color
to note that it is in the planning
stage. This will let other people know that an event has
been 'penciled in'.
- Most events added will use the 'daily'
category.
- The category 'duration' is for events
of several days in a row. ex.: Holy Week, Vacation
- The 'periodic' event is one that
occurs at the same time
each week or month. When using the periodic category, you
can also add a 'daily' with no time attached on the same day.
ex.: All Sunday
services are 'periodic'events', while Palm, Easter, etc.
are daily activities attached to specific Sundays.
- The webmaster can also be emailed information
and will add or update the calendar frequently.
